We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Reminders
- Expect your child to miss some school. Although we will try to work with your schedule, there are not enough after-school appointments available to accommodate everyone, every time.
- Please expect to make a down payment at the first appointment and if using our in-house financing, have a credit card or checking/savings account ready to use for your auto deduct.
- See your family dentist regularly. While under orthodontic care, we recommend that you get a cleaning every 4-6 months.
- Remember, the success of your treatment depends on teamwork and your cooperation. Every time you miss an appointment, this puts you behind with our completion goal.
- A brushing station is available here for you at all times.
Scheduling
Understandably, many of our patients prefer not to miss work or school for their appointments. However, because 90% of our patients either work or go to school, not everyone can have after work/school appointments.
Instead we have come up with a solution. We reserve after work/school time for regular adjustments and other quick appointments. Longer appointments and emergency appointments are scheduled during work/school hours.
One problem we have is that sometimes our patients are late due to traffic problems, etc. ‘When this happens, we cannot, in fairness to everyone, “squeeze” late patients into the schedule.
All failed or late appointments should be scheduled within one week of the original appointment. To wait four weeks for another attractive appointment is not in the best interest of the patient.
In reference to emergency visits, please call first. We have certain times set aside in our daily schedule for this purpose, and we will be happy to see you during these times. It is only fair to those patients that are on time, not to have to wait for someone who has walked in without an appointment.
Remember, when you arrive at our office, be sure to immediately check in, so that we know you are here, and then brush your teeth.
Smile Shuttle
We realize how difficult it is for working parents to get their children to and from their orthodontic appointments, so we came up with the solution!
How it Works: Patients will be picked up from their school and transported to Dr. Bader’s for their office appointment, and returned to school.
Appointments will need to be made in advance, since we will be picking up groups of patients from each school.
Who is the Driver:
- friendly and reliable
- licensed and insured
- full-time employee of Dr. Bader
What is the Cost: This is a complimentary service for Dr. Bader’s patients who are in active treatment.
How to Sign Up: If you are interested, please complete the forms at the front desk. Once we have three students from the same school signed up, we will contact you with appointment dates.
