Dr. Bader offers three payment options to help meet your individual goals. You may choose the one that makes you feel the most comfortable.
Pay in Full: Treatment fees paid in full will receive a 6% discount when paid by cash or check, OR 3% if paid in full with credit card.
Interest Free Financing: If you choose our in-house financing, there is no interest. We do, however, require automatic bank withdrawal or credit card withdrawal on your contracted date.We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
No Money Down: We now work with Chase Health Advance & Care Credit financing. These are 3rd party financing options. Please ask for details at your consultation.
At the start of your treatment you will be expected to make your initial payment and sign an informed consent form.
We do accept insurance assignments for your convenience. However, if for some reason your insurance does NOT fill their obligation 100%, you are responsible for the portion of the fee.
